S and S Northern Merlin gas proving system
Designed specifically for use in school and university labs, this S and S Northern Merlin 1000S gas pressure proving system gives teachers full control of an incoming gas supply via lockable key-switch operation. Carrying out gas proving tests on pipework to highlight if a gas appliance is open or a gas leak is present, this system can work in conjunction with carbon dioxide, natural gas, carbon monoxide and LPG sensors. A built-in timeout facility automatically shuts off the gas solenoid valve after two, five or eight hours with an optional override.
